Return is a wellness and self-reflection app published by Juna Consulting Group. Your journal entries are stored on your device and are not sent to the publisher.

Your reflections

Return stores your sessions, optional notes, selected triggers, saved messages, review entries, Return Plan, and preferences locally. No Return account is required. Return does not upload this content to a Return-operated server or sell it.

Exports and sharing

If you choose Export my data, Return creates a readable copy and opens your device's share sheet. You choose the destination. Exported files can contain sensitive writing, and the service or person you share them with has its own privacy practices.

Deletion and device backups

Use Delete all data in Settings to remove data held by Return on this device. Copies you previously exported are separate and must be deleted at their destinations. Apple-managed backups and device transfers follow your Apple settings; Return and Juna Consulting Group do not receive or control those services.

Reminders

Optional reminders require notification permission. You can turn them off in Return or your device settings.

Advertising and analytics

Return has no advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking across other apps and websites. Apple may provide aggregate App Store or diagnostic information through its services. This does not include the text of your journal entries, notes, or reflections.

Optional voice guidance

Breathing voice clips are generated during development and included in the app. Using them does not send your reflections or breathing sessions to OpenAI or another AI service.

Visiting this website

This website does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, forms, or cookies set by its pages. Cloudflare hosts the site and processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it, such as IP addresses and request details. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Following an App Store or other external link takes you to that provider's service.

If you contact support, your email service and the receiving email service process your message. The publisher can read what you choose to send. Please do not include private reflections, passwords, or exported journals unless there is a specific need and you choose to share them.
